I always look for something healthy for my 5-year-old autistic son. Because he is very choosy in terms of food.

Then my friend recommended I make these peanut butter protein balls.

I was quite impressed. Because they were not only healthy but quick to make as well.

Their ingredient list is simple. It has oats, cacao powder, protein powder, yogurt, and peanut butter.

18. Chocolate banana peanut butter pops: easy blender recipe

Parent who wants their kids to have a good summer snack are in the right place.

It is because this is the recipe for chocolate banana peanut butter pops. Healthy and delicious. 

However, you require only four ingredients to whip up these bites—they include peanut butter, ripe bananas, cacao powder, and maple syrup. Plus, if you don’t have cacao powder, just melt some chocolate.

Honestly, it is always a headache for me to prepare healthy foods that my kids will enjoy, especially when preparing snacks for them.

Then it was one fine day when I discovered a recipe for these date snickers. And since then, they have been my kid's favorites. 

These are four ingredients: Dipped in chocolate—in other words, chocolate-covered dates. That would be dates, crushed peanuts, peanut butter, and finally chocolate.

16. VIETNAMESE SHRIMP SALAD ROLLS WITH PEANUT SAUCE

My kids absolutely love these Vietnamese shrimp salad rolls with peanut sauce.

It is their favorite snack. And they are very healthy because they are filled with so many vegetables. However, they are budget-friendly as well. 

You will need rice paper, noodles, carrots, cucumbers, basil, mint, cilantro, Soy sauce, fish sauce, etc. These rolls disappear really fast when they are made.

15. 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies (No Egg)

This is a dream recipe for all moms. Because this requires only two ingredients. And it is healthy.

These are 2 ingredient peanut butter cookies. They have a very soft and chewy texture.

You just need natural peanut butter and pure maple syrup for them.

Remember that they are very delicate after baking. So, give them a rest of 10 minutes before having them. 

14. Pumpkin spice granola bars

This is the recipe of pumpkin spice granola bars. They are healthy options for snacks and lunch boxes. Also, they have a nutty texture. 

People who don’t have gluten can eat them as well. So, grab some oats, raw hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond meal, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin spice, coconut oil, etc. Lastly, give them a chill time of 2 hours. Worth the wait.

They had such a nice, caramel-like flavor. And they were super soft and chewy. I loved them.

If you want to try them, you need dates, flaxseed, wheat flour, almond butter, dark chocolate, etc. Place them in the fridge to harden them for 30 minutes.

There is always a jar of these healthy blueberry crisp granola bars at my home.

So, I thought of sharing their recipe with you as well. But first, let me discuss why I love them. Because they are healthy, chewy, fruity, and crunchy. 

Also, they require minimal ingredients, which are blueberries, maple syrup, oats, rice crisp, peanut butter, and seeds of your choice. I prefer sunflower, this, and flax seeds.

  • Fat: 24g

11. BROWN SUGAR HONEY GLAZED CARROTS

If your kids run away from healthy meals, then try them. They are brown sugar honey glazed carrots.

They are my kid's favorites. Because they are appealing, tasty, and have a sweet flavor, which kids love. 

Mothers also love these because they need only a couple of ingredients.

These are carrots, honey, brown sugar, butter, salt, and pepper. And you can experiment with its flavors as well. 

10. RAINBOW FRUIT SKEWERS

Whenever I want to keep my kids busy, I give them a bunch of fruits. And I ask them to make these rainbow fruit skewers for them. And guess what? They love this activity. 

Colorful fruits attract them a lot. You can take strawberries, kiwi, bananas, figs, or apples.

Any fruit that your kids like. Further, they can be used on any kind of occasion. 

9. BANANA ALMOND FLOUR MUFFINS

This is how to make banana-almond flour muffins. They are good for the body, delicious, and would not cause any harm to children.

However, they only take thirty-five minutes to make. And they are so tasty and juicy, having a rather thin, golden, crunchy crust. 

Almond flour, bananas, oats, butter, brown sugar, eggs, Greek yogurt, and walnuts are their ingredients. You may finish them in as little as two minutes.

8. SAUTÉED CHICKPEAS

I always make these sauteed chickpeas for my kid's cartoon time. These chickpeas keep their tummies full. And they love their taste, too. From a mother’s point of view, they are healthy and full of flavors.

Most importantly, they take only 10 minutes. You need chickpeas, coconut oil, cumin, and some spices. Start living a healthy and happy life. 

7. Chestnut Hummus

I always make sure that my pantry is stocked with the ingredients used in making chestnut hummus. It is frequently used for dipping at my place.

One of the easiest and simplest recipes that requires hardly any ingredients. Moreover, it is vegan or gluten-free.

Therefore, you will need some chestnuts, some tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and some olive oil. You can also freeze this hummus.

6. SUGAR COOKIES IN AIR FRYER

I like to serve my kids these sugar cookies with milk. These are made in an air fryer. Plus, they are so crispy and sugary. They just melt in your mouth. Kids love these types of things. 

Their ingredients are always at home. They include flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and sprinkles. Tip time: you can even replace eggs with yogurt. 

5. Protein Overnight Oats Without Protein Powder

These protein overnight oats without protein powder are really a healthy option for your breakfast. They brighten up your day with their taste and benefits.

Mix all the ingredients in a jar. And put it in the fridge. It takes minimum effort and has a great taste. You need oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and a sweetener that is optional. 

4. BISCOFF BITES

Once you make these biscoff bits, there is no going back. They are literally so easy and take only four ingredients. And this is a no-bake version, which makes them easier. 

You need biscoff spread, almonds, oats, and chocolate chips. Please add water to avoid any sticking. You can have it any time of the day. 

3. “Healthy” Seedy Currant Cookies

Here is the recipe for the most decadent and healthy seedy currant cookies.

These cookies are a family favorite. You don’t sacrifice your health goals while having them. 

They are made of some really wholesome ingredients, which are butter, sugar, brown sugar, AP flour, oat flour, oats, seeds of your choice, etc. You will crave more. 

2. EASY COCONUT BALLS RECIPE – HEALTHY NO BAKE SNOWBALLS!

This easy coconut ball recipe is a banger. Whoever eats them becomes a fan. You can call them no bake snowballs which means this recipe is a no bake version.

They are healthy as they are gluten-free and refined sugar-free. 

You need only seven ingredients to make them. They are oats, tahini, honey, shredded coconut, coconut flour, salt, and vanilla extract. You can store them for up to 1 week.
