Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

For the Filling:

  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries pureed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped

For Topping:

  • Fresh strawberries sliced
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, vanilla, and strawberry puree. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in Cream: Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy and smooth.
  • Assemble: Pour mixture into prepared crust. Smooth the top.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Serve: Top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Can be prepared a day in advance and kept chilled until serving.
