For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
For the Filling:
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries pureed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped
For Topping:

Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
Prepare Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, vanilla, and strawberry puree. Mix until well combined.
Fold in Cream: Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy and smooth.
Assemble: Pour mixture into prepared crust. Smooth the top.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
