Ingredients

  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Extra powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions
 

Cream Butter and Sugar:

  • In a bowl, beat the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients:

  • Whisk together flour, salt, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries in a separate bowl.

Mix Dough:

  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

Shape Cookies:

  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake cookies for 12 minutes or until firm but not browned.

Cool and Coat:

  • Allow cookies to cool slightly. Roll in powdered sugar while warm, then again when fully cooled for a snowy finish.
