Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin. In a bowl, melt butter. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Bake:
Spoon batter into mini muffin cups, filling ¾ full. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely in pan.
Add the Santa Hats:
Pipe a ring of whipped cream on top of each brownie bite. Place a strawberry (cut side down) on top to form the hat. Pipe a small dot of cream on the tip of each strawberry.
