Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

For the Filling:

  • 1 ½ cups root beer chilled
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold gently into cream cheese mixture, then gradually fold in chilled root beer.

Assemble Pie:

  • Spread filling evenly over crust. Chill for at least 3 hours or until set.

Serve:
