These rich and creamy Reese’s Butterfinger Cheesecake Bars are a candy lover’s dream! With a buttery graham cracker crust, peanut butter cheesecake filling, and crushed candy on top, they’re the ultimate no-fuss dessert for parties or holidays.
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
Make the Filling:
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy. Fold in chopped Reese’s and crushed Butterfinger.
Assemble and Bake:
Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 25–27 minutes or until center is just set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
