Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar plus extra for rolling
  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or chopped peanuts for mixing in

Instructions
 

Make the Dough:

  • In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix in graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips or peanuts if using.

Shape and Chill:

  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 30 minutes.

Coat:

  • Roll chilled balls in powdered sugar until fully coated. For an extra snowy look, roll again just before serving.
