Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 48 chocolate kisses wrapped, unwrapped before baking

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make Dough:

  • In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg.

Add Dry Ingredients:

  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Shape Bars:

  • Press dough evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.

Add Kisses:

  • Immediately press unwrapped chocolate kisses into warm bars, spacing evenly.

Cool & Serve:

  • Allow bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
