Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions
 

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Stir until fully combined.

Add Mix-Ins:

  • Fold in mini chocolate chips or nuts if desired.

Form Bites:

  • Using your hands or a small scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.

Chill:
