Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Make the Brownie Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined.
Bake:

Prepare the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Add lemon zest for extra flavour if desired.
Glaze the Brownies:
Once cooled, drizzle or spread the lemon glaze over the brownies. Let the glaze set before slicing.
