Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Brown the Beef – In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Step 2: Sauté Vegetables – Add onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook until softened, then stir in garlic.
  • Step 3: Simmer the Soup – Pour in beef broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 4: Add Noodles – Stir in egg noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender. Add frozen peas, if using.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy – Adjust seasoning if needed and serve warm.
