Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces spaghetti or lo mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional for spice
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Noodles: Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha if using.
  • Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Combine: Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss until evenly coated and heated through.
  • Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving. Enjoy warm or cold.
