4 English muffins, split ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled ½ cup chopped bell peppers ¼ cup chopped green onions 4 large eggs Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the split English muffins on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce or marinara sauce on each English muffin half.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Top with crumbled breakfast sausage, crumbled bacon, chopped bell peppers, and chopped green onions.
Crack one egg into the center of each English muffin half. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
