This easy sweet condensed milk bread is soft, fluffy, and lightly sweetened. It’s perfect for breakfast or a snack, and the condensed milk adds a rich, creamy flavor that makes every bite irresistible.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly butter it.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Prepare Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined. If you prefer a sweeter bread, stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Combine Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the bread dense.
Bake the Bread:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top of the bread begins to brown too quickly, cover it with aluminum foil and continue baking.
Cool:
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve:
Slice and serve this soft, sweet bread with butter or enjoy it on its own with a hot drink!
