These banana pudding cheesecake bars are creamy, dreamy, and full of nostalgic flavour. With a vanilla wafer crust, banana cheesecake filling, and whipped topping, they’re perfect for parties, potlucks, or anytime you crave a banana treat.
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Make the Crust:
