Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Prepare Peanut Butter Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Melt Chocolate:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between until smooth.

Assemble Cups:

  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each liner and spread evenly to cover the bottom.

Add Filling:

  • Place about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer, then sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.

Top with Chocolate:

  • Cover the peanut butter layer with another tablespoon of melted chocolate to seal the cups.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
