Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Step No.2: Make the Teriyaki Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
Step No.3: Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
Step No.4: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
