Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz creamed corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup cornmeal or Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Step 2: Mix Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine both cans of corn, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, beaten eggs, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  • Step 3: Bake – Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Step 4: Bake Until Golden – Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
