Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup holiday sprinkles
  • Optional: ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips and holiday sprinkles.
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  • Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
