This Winter Fruit Salad is fresh, colourful, and packed with seasonal fruit like pomegranate, citrus, and pears. A light honey-lime dressing ties it all together, making it perfect for holiday breakfasts, brunches, or side dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds
  • 2 pears thinly sliced
  • 2 apples chopped
  • 2 oranges peeled and segmented
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup red grapes halved
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

For the Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds optional

Instructions
 

Make the Dressing:

  • Whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.

Prepare the Fruit:

  • Gently combine all the chopped and sliced fruit in a large mixing bowl.

Toss and Garnish:

  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat. Garnish with mint leaves and nuts if using.

Notes

Make Ahead:
Chop the fruit and mix the dressing separately. Combine just before serving.
Customise It:
Add banana or pineapple chunks for extra sweetness or sprinkle with cinnamon for a warm note.
