Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons homemade
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Cook the Beef:

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Cook until well combined and thickened.

Prepare the Sliders:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice buns in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in a greased baking dish.

Layer the Fillings:

  • Spread mayo, ketchup, and mustard evenly on the buns. Top with seasoned beef, pickles, and shredded cheese. Add top bun halves.

Add Buttery Topping:

  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush over top buns. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.

Bake:

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.

Serve:

  • Slice and serve warm!
