Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
  • ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini Bundt pans and lightly flour them.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Cream Butter & Sugar: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla bean paste.
  • Combine: Alternately add dry ingredients and sour cream/milk mixture to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  • Fill Pans: Spoon batter into prepared mini Bundt pans, filling about ¾ full.
  • Bake: Bake 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
