Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups popped popcorn plain, unsalted
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup Valentine M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates
  • 2 tablespoons heart-shaped or pink sprinkles
  • Optional: red or pink food colouring if using plain white chocolate

Instructions
 

Prepare Popcorn:

  • Pop the popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Melt Chocolate:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add food colouring if desired.

Coat the Popcorn:

  • Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and gently stir to coat evenly.

Add Toppings:

  • Quickly mix in mini marshmallows, M&M’s, and sprinkles before the chocolate sets.

Set and Serve:

  • Spread the popcorn onto a parchment-lined tray. Let it set at room temperature for 10–15 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
