Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until the mixture is well-combined and sticky.

Shape the Macaroons:

  • Using your hands or a spoon, form the coconut mixture into small mounds or balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.

Bake:

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Cool and Serve:

  • Allow the macaroons to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
