Ingredients
  

For the Salad:

  • 12 oz pasta (rotini or macaroni) cooked and cooled
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped

For the Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare Pasta:

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.

Mix Salad Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tuna, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.

Prepare Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Assemble Salad:

  • Pour dressing over pasta mixture. Toss gently until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Serve:

  • Serve chilled. Optionally, garnish with extra parsley or a sprinkle of paprika.
