Ingredients
  

For the Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup white chocolate chunks

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cream Butter and Sugars:

  • In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture and mix until combined.

Add Chocolate Chunks:

  • Fold in milk, dark, and white chocolate chunks evenly.

Bake Cookies:

  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
