12 oz 340g pasta of choice 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic minced 1 medium zucchini sliced into half-moons 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional Salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped

Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
Sauté Veggies: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Add zucchini and cook 3–4 minutes until tender.
Add Tomatoes: Stir in cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Cook 2–3 minutes until tomatoes start to soften.
Combine: Toss cooked pasta with vegetables. Add reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
