For the Beef Layer: 1 lb ground beef 1 packet taco seasoning ½ cup water For the Layered Ingredients: 1 can refried beans (16 oz) 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup chopped tomatoes ¼ cup sliced black olives ¼ cup chopped green onions ¼ cup jalapeños optional, sliced

Prepare Beef Layer: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and water, cook 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
Add Remaining Layers: Spread sour cream over beef layer. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes, olives, green onions, and jalapeños.
Make Ahead: Prepare layers ahead and refrigerate, covered, up to 4 hours before serving.
