Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears sweet corn husked
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional for grilling
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook Corn:

  • Boil corn in salted water for 8–10 minutes or grill over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning often, until tender and slightly charred.

Make Garlic Butter:

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

Brush & Serve:

  • Brush hot corn with garlic butter. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan if using. Serve immediately.
