Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter cubed
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 –3 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Cut in Butter: Add cold butter and cut in using a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in buttermilk and vanilla until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
  • Shape Biscuits: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm biscuits before serving.
