1can15 oz sliced peaches in syrup or juice (do not drain)

Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Make the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until just combined. Do not overmix.
Assemble the Cobbler:
Pour the batter over the melted butter in the dish. Do not stir. Spoon the peaches and juice evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir. Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
Bake:
Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set. The batter will rise to the top while baking.
Cool and Serve:
