Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crushed sugar cookies about 12 cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • Sprinkles optional, for decorating

Instructions
 

Make the Dough:

  • In a bowl, mix crushed sugar cookies and cream cheese until fully combined and dough-like.

Form the Truffles:

  • Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15–20 minutes.

Melt the Chocolate:

  • Melt white chocolate chips or candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Dip and Decorate:

  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, tapping off the excess. Place on tray and top with sprinkles if desired.

Chill to Set:

  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until chocolate coating is firm.
