Melt Ingredients:
In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.

Remove from heat. Stir in sugar cookie mix, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and smooth.
Spread in Pan:
