Ingredients
  

For Stuffing:

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Filling

  • In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, and garlic.

Prep Chicken

  • Cut a pocket in each chicken breast without cutting through completely.

Stuff Chicken

  • Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese and spinach mixture.

Season Chicken

  • Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Place in Dish

  • Place stuffed chicken in a baking dish.

Bake Chicken

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Rest and Serve

  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
