  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries chopped or crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Make Dough: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Add Mix-Ins: Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Shape Cookies: Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake: Bake 12–15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on sheets 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
