Ingredients
  

For the Salad:

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • cup crumbled feta cheese
  • cup pecans or almonds toasted

For the Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Step No.1: Prepare the Salad Ingredients

  • Wash and dry baby spinach and strawberries. Slice strawberries and thinly slice red onion. Toast pecans or almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.

Step No.2: Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Step No.3: Assemble the Salad

  • In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, red onion, feta, and toasted nuts.
