Ingredients
  

For Strawberry Shortcake Fudge:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strawberry shortcake cookies crushed
  • optional extra cookie crumbs or freeze-dried strawberries for topping

Instructions
 

Prepare Pan:

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

Melt Chocolate:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Mix Fudge:

  • Stir in crushed freeze-dried strawberries and vanilla extract until evenly mixed.

Assemble Fudge:

  • Pour half of the fudge into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the crushed shortcake cookies. Layer remaining fudge and top with remaining cookies and optional extra toppings.

Chill and Serve:

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

  • Make Ahead: Fudge can be prepared a day in advance and chilled until serving.
