Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crust:

  • 2 cups pretzels crushed
  • ¾ cup butter melted
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Strawberry Layer:

  • 1 box strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced

Instructions
 

Make Crust:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9x13 dish.
  • Bake crust for 10 minutes, then cool completely.

Cream Layer:

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread mixture evenly over cooled crust, sealing edges completely.

Strawberry Layer:

  • Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water and let cool slightly. Stir in sliced strawberries.

Assemble:

  • Carefully pour strawberry mixture over cream layer.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.

Serve:

  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Seal cream layer to keep gelatin from soaking into crust.
  • Best made ahead for easier slicing.
  • Use fresh strawberries for best flavor and texture.
