Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping

Strawberry Layer:

  • 2 cups strawberries chopped
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam

Crunch Topping:

  • 1 cup vanilla cookies crushed
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

Make Cheesecake Filling:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.

Prepare Strawberry Layer:

  • Mix chopped strawberries with strawberry jam until well coated.

Make Crunch Topping:

  • Combine crushed cookies, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter until crumbly.

Assemble Cups:

  • Layer cheesecake filling, strawberry mixture, and crunch topping into serving cups. Repeat layers if desired.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve:

  • Serve chilled with extra strawberry topping if desired.
