Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries optional

Instructions
 

Prepare Crust:

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of mini muffin liners or a small pan to form the crust.

Make Filling:

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

Assemble Bites:

  • Spoon filling over crust layer. Top with diced strawberries and sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries if using.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Serve chilled.
