Ingredients
  

For Cream Puff Dough and Filling:

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped

Instructions
 

Prepare Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.

Mix Dough:

  • Add flour all at once, stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball. Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

Bake Puffs:

  • Pipe or spoon dough onto baking sheet. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool completely.

Prepare Filling:

  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in chopped strawberries.

Assemble Puffs:

  • Slice tops of cooled puffs and fill with strawberry cream. Replace tops and serve chilled.
