Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

For Topping (Optional):

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions
 

Prepare Crust:

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill while preparing filling.

Make Filling:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.

Whip Cream:

  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture.

Assemble Pie:

  • Spread filling over crust. Top with sliced strawberries and chill for 2–3 hours until set.

Serve:

  • Optional: Add whipped cream on top before serving. Slice and serve chilled.
