Ingredients
  

For the Dough:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 ¼ teaspoon instant yeast
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs

For the Filling:

  • ½ cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries finely chopped
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 –3 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Make Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes. Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour. Knead until dough is smooth. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
  • Prepare Filling: Mix jam, chopped strawberries, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Assemble Rolls: Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread filling evenly. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 slices. Place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
  • Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Prepare the rolls, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Bake fresh in the morning.
  • Flavour Twist: Try cream cheese glaze instead of vanilla glaze for extra richness.
  • Serving Suggestions: Best served warm with coffee, tea, or a glass of milk.
