Make Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes. Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour. Knead until dough is smooth. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
Prepare Filling: Mix jam, chopped strawberries, sugar, and cinnamon.
Assemble Rolls: Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread filling evenly. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 slices. Place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
