Ingredients

  • 30 Golden Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping Cool Whip or homemade

For the Strawberry Layer:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 box 3.4 oz instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk

For the Topping:

  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Extra sliced strawberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Make the Crust: Combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into a 9x13-inch dish. Chill for 10 minutes.
  • Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  • Strawberry Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Gently fold in sliced strawberries. Spread over cheesecake layer.
  • Final Layer: Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over the top.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Serve: Garnish with extra fresh strawberries before serving.
