Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • ½ cup plain unsweetened yogurt no xylitol
  • 1 tablespoon water if needed for blending

Instructions
 

  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, blend strawberries and yogurt until smooth. Add a splash of water if mixture is too thick.
  • Pour into Molds: Pour mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or muffin cups.
  • Freeze: Place in the freezer for 3–4 hours or until solid.
