2 lbs pork ribs ¼ cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon sesame oil ½ teaspoon chilli flakes optional 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and chilli flakes.
Marinate Ribs: Coat ribs with the sauce and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavour).
Bake: Cover ribs with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil, brush with sauce, and bake 20–30 minutes more until sticky and caramelised.
Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Tip: Double the sauce for extra glaze.
Variation: Grill the ribs instead of baking for smoky flavour.
