Ingredients
  

  • 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

Mix the Dip:

  • In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Bake:

  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly on top.

Serve:

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: You can mix the dip a day ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Variations: Try adding chopped cooked bacon or a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
