Ingredients
  

  • 2 10 oz packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg optional
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Step 2: Mix Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  • Step 3: Assemble Casserole – Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crispy finish.
  • Step 4: Bake – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Step 5: Serve – Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
