Ingredients
  

For Crispy Rice:

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice cooled
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

For Spicy Tuna:

  • 12 oz sushi-grade tuna diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

For Toppings:

  • 1 avocado sliced
  • ½ cup cucumber diced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Pickled ginger optional
  • Nori strips optional

Instructions
 

Make Crispy Rice:

  • Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Press cooked rice into a flat layer. Cook until golden and crispy on one side (about 5–7 minutes). Flip and crisp the other side. Remove and cut into squares.

Prepare Spicy Tuna:

  • In a bowl, combine diced tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix gently to coat.

Assemble Bowls:

  • Place crispy rice squares in each serving bowl. Top with spicy tuna, avocado, cucumber, green onions, sesame seeds, and optional garnishes.

Serve:

  • Enjoy immediately for the best texture.
