2 cups fresh cranberries 2 medium apples peeled, cored, and chopped 1 cup orange juice 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon ground cloves 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 packet fruit pectin optional for thickening

In a large saucepan, combine cranberries, apples, and orange juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
Stir in sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and lemon juice. Bring back to a boil and cook for another 5–10 minutes.
If using pectin, stir it in and boil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes before transferring into sterilized jars.
Let jam cool completely before sealing. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
